Gardens Gallery

Who we are

The Gardens Gallery is a Cheltenham institution, often used by our other members for exhibitions and events. They’re in Montpellier Gardens, which were created in the early 19th century, with a bandstand as its centrepiece. Facing the bandstand is a proscenium building which is now the Gardens Gallery.

The Gardens Gallery is run for the benefit of the community. It provides an art exhibition space and enables other arts-related activities within the building.

The gallery space is available for hire to local artists for a minimum of one week up to a maximum of two weeks in a given year. It offers a yer round programme of exhibitions.
